Raw Material Preparation
We select high-purity kaolin native to Dehua, which is crushed and settled to remove impurities. It is then repeatedly kneaded to expel air, resulting in a fine and uniform porcelain clay.
Trimming and Bisque Firing
Dried greenware is carefully trimmed to remove burrs and refine contours. It then undergoes low-temperature bisque firing to strengthen the body, laying a solid foundation for subsequent glazing.
High-Temperature Firing
Glazed wares are placed in a kiln and fired at 1365-1380°C for approximately 24 hours with precise temperature control. After being tempered by the kiln fire and naturally cooled, the finished product with a dense body and smooth glaze is obtained.
